SongyaoPOOL COVERKITS Free Inquiry

Who to Contact

PoolCoverKits is a pool-cover supply brand supported by Shijiazhuang Songyao New Material Technology Co., Ltd. For questions about inquiry information or to request correction or deletion, email sales@poolcoverkits.com.

Information You Provide

The inquiry form collects the contact and project details you enter, such as name, company, country, phone or WhatsApp, email and message. Avoid including sensitive personal information or third-party details that are not needed for your request.

Why We Use It

We use inquiry information to understand requirements, reply, prepare quotations and support the related business conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We do not sell inquiry contact details.

Storage and Service Providers

Website and inquiry records use Cloudflare infrastructure. When enabled, inquiry notifications are also sent to our private Feishu group so our team can respond. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to operate the website and handle your request. Processing may involve infrastructure outside your country. We keep records only for the business, service or legal purposes that apply and review deletion requests individually.

External Contact Channels and Maps

Email, WhatsApp and Google Maps operate under their own provider policies. Choosing those links sends you to the relevant service. The location map is not loaded until you choose to view it. With your choice, Google Analytics may collect site usage events such as page views, scrolling and outbound-link clicks to help us improve the website. We do not send inquiry form values to Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. You can accept or reject analytics and change that choice using the Privacy choices link in the footer.

Your Requests

You may ask us to explain, correct or delete the inquiry information we hold about you by contacting sales@poolcoverkits.com. Some order, financial or legal records may need to be retained where an applicable obligation requires it.
