Do you supply complete pool cover kits?
Our main supply model is a complete made-to-order kit. The quotation identifies the included cover, operating equipment and accessories for the selected system; local works and any exclusions are discussed separately.
Can you cover an irregular pool?
Send a plan or overhead photo, dimensions and details of steps or obstructions. A freeform pool does not automatically suit every cover type, and some systems need a rectangular operating area.
Do you work with dealers and pool builders?
Dealers, project contractors and equipment suppliers are our main focus. We can discuss product information, configuration support and repeat supply; commercial terms are agreed for the actual order.
What information helps you prepare a quotation?
Pool shape, approximate dimensions and delivery destination are the most useful starting details. A preferred cover type and site photos help, but you can contact us before choosing a system.
Do you install the cover on site?
Ask whether project-specific instructions or remote guidance are available for the confirmed configuration. We do not operate our own overseas installation team. Site preparation and installation responsibilities must be agreed with your local installer.
Are all covers safety-rated or suitable for walking?
No blanket safety or load-bearing claim applies across the range. Ask for the selected system’s applicable documents and conditions; thermal blankets, roller covers and deck structures have different intended uses.
